Meds not Received - Billed - Card Disputed - Billed Again

Required Refrigerated Meds Not Received Timely - Canceled

In February, 2026, Ordered a medication that needs refrigeration. Shipment is in a box with an ice pack.

Shipment apparently lost by FedEx. So as to remain on doctor's prescribed schedule for the meds to work properly, CenterWell Specialty had been advised after approaching a week late, and knowing that the ice pack would have melted which may have tainted the required cold medication, to cancel the order and refund. They agreed to cancel the order, but refused a refund! $349 charged to my credit card.

Dispute filed with Credit Card company, and CenterWell never disputed the chargeback in allotted time. Case closed, you'd think (as I began to go to Costco for my meds since)... nope, Yesterday I received a bill for $349, and a call today to their non-well English speaking phone person said she'd email Collections Department and get back with me, in lieu of an anticipated wait time of almost 2 hours.

Never heard back... Ugly situation it has become.

I have now been on hold, just waiting to update my payment information, for 1 hour and 35 minutes. Incredible.

No reasonable way to reach customer service. Call wait/hold time is literally 1 hour and 25 minutes.

The app they advertise does not work, and the online chat feature does not work; I keep getting rerouted to the sign-in page when I am already signed in.

This is beyond poor service. This place is committing deceptive practices in not providing customers a way to access their medication.

Can't get my medications

I regret the moment I switched from United Healthcare to Humana CenterWell Pharmacy. I'm glad my life doesn't depend on my medications.

They have no process in place to transfer orders from one pharmacy to theirs, and then they're unable to input payment via credit card. Their customer service is useless and swears I'll be getting my meds only to find out I'm not (this happened 3 times).

They harass their customers with phone calls which I have to block, and they don't have the common courtesy to hire a person to make these calls; instead, they robocall me and expect ME to call THEM back, like their time is more valuable than mine. Unless they clean up their business model, hire customer service people who can actually help you (speak English, attach a credit card to the medication, etc), and figure out they're in the business of supplying medications to their customers, I'll be switching plans the first opportunity I get.

Tired of being harassed

I have now asked them to stop calling me over 10 times. Every time I call they stop calling for about 3 weeks, then the calls start again, once or twice a day.

Once you ask a company to stop calling you, they are required by law to stop. How can you trust any company that so blatantly breaks the law?

Center Well Pharmacy deserves a zero star rating in my book. Their operations have consistently exhibited significant flaws. Initially, I requested a prescription from my doctor, which proved to be a mistake. I never received any confirmation from Center Well regarding the medication, and when I checked with them, they informed me that it was not in stock. They estimated that it would be available in a few weeks. However, I urgently needed the medication and contacted CVS to transfer the prescription. Within two days, I received my medication from CVS.

My doctor also sent one of my refrigerated prescriptions to Center Well Pharmacy.

When Center Well Pharmacy refilled the prescription and delivered the medication, it was not cold but room temperature. I placed the medication in the refrigerator to prevent it from spoiling. I will not take any further chances with them, as they have consistently failed to provide the medication when it is in stock.

I am very disappointed in the long delivery services. Of I needed medication immediately I would never receive it on time for it to be of any use

Company needs a faster delivery service. Glad I was not in great need of my medication. I could have died waiting on it.

This company has no business dispensing medicine for anyone. I don't think there is an intelligent human being working at this place; they all seem to be computerized monkeys.

Doctor has sent four different prescriptions to these people over a two-month period, and they screwed up every one of them and left me without medicine for a week. You do not play with medicine; you have to take the medicine at the same time every day to keep a therapeutic level in your system, and you can't do that when the pharmacy doesn't know how to fill a prescription because they're too stupid. I told my doctor about it, thinking that they have the ability to straighten it out, and they called to CenterWell, and within 15 minutes called me back and said, 'Oh my God, this is Rainey. We see exactly what you're talking about.

These people are crazy; they don't know what they're doing.' Now remember, that's coming from my doctor's office, so it's not just my opinion; it's a professional doctor's opinion too. They do not take responsibility for anything. They tell you it's in process; nothing can be in process for two damn weeks, and then there be a problem. The problem is you have no business claiming to be a pharmacy and dispensing medicine.

I don't even think you got yourself dressed this morning; I think your mommy must have had to dress you because there's no possible way an intelligent adult human being could screw up so intensely bad the way this company has. I have reported them to themselves; I've reported them to the state of Georgia. I am currently trying to find out how to report them nationally, and hopefully to Homeland Security if they'll take my complaint. These people need to be shut down.

Let me repeat that: these people need to be shut down! No one there is qualified to fill a prescription. Do not put yourself through the stress and strain that you will go through trying to get a simple prescription from these people. Run, run, run.

Run fast; do not send these people any prescription; they are incapable of filling it. When I told them I did not trust them with my medications anymore, you should have heard it. They actually said, 'Awwww, now you don't feel that way; don't say that, Mrs. Rainey; you don't feel that way.' The *** I don't; I certainly feel that way and then wanted to argue with me for the next 10 minutes about feeling that way.

So of course I tried to include that in my complaint and tell them, you know, every 2 seconds that I'm on hold waiting for you for the hour before you'll pick up the damn phone, I am constantly told everything is recorded, everything is recorded, everything is recorded. Well great, let's pull those recordings and let's listen to how *** you are. Funny, when I tell you to pull those things, you seem to not have them. Interesting.

I'm going to find out who holds your dispensary license, and I am going after you, CenterWell. I'm going to get your *** shut down. I'm tired of being sick and having to deal with *** like you making it worse. I'm going to fight against you, and I hope people read this, and I'm sure they've had the same trouble with you because you're incapable of doing anything properly, so I hope they jump on this bandwagon and help get your *** shut down.

But whether they do or don't, it will now be my life's mission to shut your *** down.

You’re a fraud pharmacy. Now it's probably time for you to have a snack and lay down; wouldn't want you to overexert your little self before your mommy comes and picks you up at the end of your shift.

Endangering my Life with Wrong Shipping

Blood pressure medication reported as delivered, but they delivered it to old address from January. Address was changed on Jan 20th for Feb 4th.

Not only did I change the address in Jan for new residence, I contacted Centerwell by phone to ensure they got new address. April 15th, meds went to old address and, of course, no new occupant did me the courtesy of a call, even though I am only 10 minutes away.

Centerwell said that the address had not been changed 'inside'. What??? MOSTLY, I AM SICK AND TIRED AND PISSED THAT CENTERWELL HAS NOW DECIDED TO OUTSOURCE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE.

I AM STRUGGLING TO UNDERSTAND THEM AND GETTING A SERIOUS MEDICAL PROBLEM EXPLAINED TO THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE.

I AM LEAVING HUMANA END OF THE YEAR UNLESS THEY GET A NEW PHARMACY!

Lastly, I have to go days without blood pressure meds, get a refill from my doctor which will take a few days,

drive a ways to pick them up and pay at least a co-pay for them. Can't begin to tell you HOW HIGH my BLOOD PRESSURE IS RIGHT NOW!E

I have tried blocking their number, but that only stops my phone from ringing. They are still able to leave messages.
